Chubby Cheeks is a modern Thai inspired nosh spot on Paddington’s bustling Oxford Street, offering delicious Asian cuisine in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs

Our menu is made up of contemporary dishes with influences from Thai and Southeast Asian cuisine, which are designed to be shared. Our aim is to bring a taste of South East Asia to Paddington through our trendy restaurant where diners can relax with their friends and enjoy delicious Thai food and great cocktails with our own modern twist. Open for lunch and dinner bookings, Chubby Cheeks is the perfect location for group functions or a memorable date night with BYO available.

From crispy skin master stock chicken in our secret satay sauce and crackling pork belly bao to fresh lemongrass cocktails infused with house-made syrups, the Chubby Cheeks menu has been designed for every palette. Design

Designed by the team at Guru Projects, Chubby Cheeks draws inspiration from the bustling streets of Bangkok with its exposed brick walls and timber trusses, revealing the raw and robust qualities of the original building. The team have reimagined traditional Thai styling by incorporating herringbone floor tiles that will take you back to the local surroundings of the City of Angels. The neutral colour tone and dark wooden features build warmth throughout the venue, giving off a feeling of the perfect synergy where East meets West.

Each dish has been specially created with a Chubby Cheeks twist, focusing on fresh, local ingredients and modern cooking techniques. Chubby Cheeks is the best spot in Paddington for cocktails, wine and beer with an extensive and carefully curated drink menu. The restaurant features bespoke flavour syrups made in-house, using Thai-inspired herbs and spices including favourites such as lemongrass, kaffir lime, ginger and turmeric. All the drinks offered at Chubby Cheeks are light and fresh with a Thai influence, designed to complement our food menu.
